Monday. Chair 5, Sara. Sara no longer requires me to lay back. Just twist my arm and she puts the needles in fine now. She said something negative about the idea of me seeing her and I corrected her that I was glad to see her. I knew that Leslie almost never has done my arm and Angel refuses to do my arm. I knew Sara could do my arm. No pain!
Valerie from the start lowered my goal. That made a big difference. It was supposed to be like 5.9 but she left it on 5 off.
I came in at the new half hour earlier time! ;) Everyone got new times. Some later, some earlier. Glad I got earlier!

Angel held. No problems. Sat for a while.
7:49: Sitting. Big Bird won the sesame street cakes contest. I felt good.
